Rebrand and website for global mobile payment company
We were approached by Sepomo, a global mobile payment solutions company for a rebrand, including a new logo, stationery and a new website. Sepomo is an abbreviation of “secure and effective payments over mobile operators” and the service providers for direct carrier billing, providing online payment options through mobile phones. The brand stands for: security, professionalism and leading edge technology. Sepomo’s competition is tough, with a number of large global companies bidding for the same contracts, therefore the new identity needed to stand out in this environment. The future of Sepomo is to appeal directly to the end user, becoming the leading name in mobile payments to households across Latin America, the Iberian Peninsula as well as the UK.
The new logo features an icon representing ‘a hand reaching out to the world’. The distinctive shape and vibrant colour has a Latin feel to it. The icon nicely contrasts the corporate logotype ‘Sepomo’, bringing both the consumer and corporate worlds together. The simplicity of the logotype makes it legible, even at a small size. The new, dual language website and Content Management System help clarify the brand. We made the website work equally well across all devices, including tablets and mobile phones. The website now dynamically shifts shape to respond to smaller screen sizes of mobile devices. As well as stunning to look at, the site has also been built with best-of-practice SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) in mind. Now Google and friends won’t have to work hard to find it!
